Overview
Dhillon Law Group represents the California Bail Agents Association in litigation over the constitutionality of California’s bail laws. On November 1, 2016, DLG filed a third Motion to Intervene and a proposed Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The motion to intervene is scheduled to be heard by Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on December 13, 2016 in Oakland, California.
