The Corona Virus pandemic is an unprecedented catastrophe. and a new crisis has emerged from state's response: tens of millions of Americans have watched their livelihoods and, for some, their civil rights evaporate when the Shelter-In-Place orders and restrictions on all businesses and organizations deemed "non-essential" took effect.
