The Dhillon Law Group has filed a Lawsuit in Response to the California Attorney General’s Disclosure of Gun Owners’ Personal Information

Sign up to learn more about the lawsuit the Dhillon Law Group (DLG) has filed in response to the shocking disclosure of California gun owner’s names, addresses, and other information on June 27, 2022. The Attorney General has announced that his office released the personal information of Californians who were granted or denied a concealed and carry weapons (CCW) permit between 2011-2021, and that information may have been released for those who have records in the Assault Weapon Registry, Handguns Certified for Sale, Dealer Record of Sale, Firearm Certification System, or Gun Violence Restraining Order databases.

DLG has already sent the Attorney General’s office a letter notifying it to immediately preserve all relevant evidence about the leak.
