Christin has a proven track record of significant litigation wins. She has extensive trial experience as lead counsel, taken and defended key depositions, drafted winning dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and mediated countless cases to favorable outcomes for her clients. History
Christin spent more than a decade with the Texas Office of the Attorney General where she served in senior leadership roles; most recently as Deputy Chief of the Law Enforcement Defense Division where she managed a team of 25 attorneys litigating complex constitutional, employment, ADA, and personal injury cases.
Prior to being Deputy Chief of the Law Enforcement Defense Division, Christin served as Deputy Chief of the Consumer Protection Division where she protected consumers by holding businesses accountable for their misleading and deceptive trade practices. There, Christin was instrumental in securing multimillion-dollar settlements for the State of Texas.
Prior to being an Assistant Attorney General, Christin represented homeowners in first-party insurance litigations where she recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for her clients against big-name insurance companies for underpaying homeowners’ claims.
Experience
Christin specializes in litigating large and complex civil litigations, including representing state agencies against United States Department of Justice investigations and high-profile wrongful death cases. She has won numerous trials in state and federal courts and has a proven ability to effectively lead large legal teams to victory for her clients. Christin has litigated significant cases involving the United States Constitution, the Americans with Disabilities Act, tort claims, and state deceptive trade practices.
