The Center for American Liberty, in collaboration with the Dhillon Law Group, filed a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief on behalf of the South Bay United Pentecostal Church.

As California moved into “Stage 2,” many retail and manufacturing locations were beginning to reopen. However, places of worship were not allowed to reopen until “Stage 3.”
