Michelle S. Brodsky

Michelle Brodsky is an Associate Attorney at Dhillon Law Group, dedicated to protecting constitutional principles and advancing civil rights, including free speech, religious liberty, and anti-discrimination efforts. She joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2024 and became an Associate in 2025. Michelle earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford. She previously spent six years with Young Americans for Liberty and a year as an investigative journalist for a conservative think tank. Licensed in Virginia, Michelle draws on her personal experience as the child of parents who fled the former Soviet Union to advocate for the constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals and families.
