Mark P. Meuser

Counsel

Mark joined the firm in 2017. Whether he is assisting clients against Fortune 500 companies or against government agencies, Mark loves to use his skills to help the little guy obtain justice. Just because the other side is able to afford a law firm with hundreds of attorneys, that does not mean that the scales of justice should be titled in their favor. He was able to get a precedent-setting ruling from the 9th Circuit in the case of Gilstrap v. United Airlines which now allows disabled Americans to sue the airlines when the airline’s violation of federal law causes further injury to the disabled.

Often when there seems to be no legal recourse, Mark will use his research skills to find a new way to provide legal relief for those to whom justice had been denied.

Mark  is admitted to practice in California and litigates in federal courts around the nation. In his free time, he loves being outdoors enjoying California’s natural beauty. Whether he is hiking, biking, sailing, scuba diving, or snow skiing, Mark is always quick to enjoy the diversity this state has to offer. He also regularly competes in Ironman competitions. To bolster his more academic side, Mark has a large collection of American political biographies, United States and California state histories that were published over 100 years ago.
