Case Overview
The Dhillon Law Group, on behalf of plaintiff, the Republican National Committee, filed a lawsuit against Google, alleging the company has been discriminating against the RNC leading into the November election.
Our lawsuit accuses Google of sending the RNC’s millions of emails, en masse, to users’ spam folders.
“Enough is enough – we are suing Google for their blatant bias against Republicans. For ten months in a row, Google has sent crucial end-of-month Republican GOTV and fundraising emails to spam with zero explanation. We are committed to putting an end to this clear pattern of bias,” said RNC Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel.
