Before joining DLG in 2024, Gerald Urbanek dedicated the first two years of his legal practice to serving as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. In this role, he was responsible for prosecuting a wide range of cases, both felonies and misdemeanors. His transition into litigation saw him effectively assisting clients with commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, consumer protection actions, OSHA citations, and construction defect cases.
