According to Dhillon:

They’re [employees] upset about the fact that strongly alleged sexual harassers are staying on the job with big pay packages. The most recent controversy is about a senior Google executive, accused of sexual harassment, and has a $90 Million pay package. He just resigned this week. Google has virtuous signalling rhetoric about increasing a lot for women at the company and how the company treats them, but the executives at the company couldn’t name a woman who they look up to. They’re fumbling around who are the female role models. They point at each other. What the women are seeing there are efforts that are pretty shallow and two-faced. That’s what’s happening today.

Absolutely [Google is a hypocritical company]. These women are smart. They’re being told it is all about women. On the other hand, guys who are sexually harassing them—allegedly—are staying on the job and getting more and more money. Those two are irreconcilable.

It absolutely is [Google censorship is one-sided]. What is alarming, Marsha’s got a trifecta. Today an ad of hers was censored by Facebook, and previously, Twitter censored one of her anti-abortion ads. Now, all three big social media censored her. This is beyond censorship, it is election meddling. This interference with advertising occurs before election, primary before general election now. I don’t hear any complaints from democratic politicians about ads taken down with double standards. Five days before an election, banning an ad, censoring an ad, while the other guy’s ad is allowed to go forward is outrageous assist to the democratic side. It is an ongoing problem with all the three big social media. This is something we need to look at, in terms of what is happening with our elections.

It is impossible [operating an unbiased censorship program], but more than that, it is illegal. If they want the immunity of Communications Decency Act they shouldn’t censor this way. They can only take down things that are copyright violations, but the way they are doing it they don’t pretend to be objective about it because they get away with it. If Marsha Blackburn was not sitting member of Congress, doing well in the polls with big social media following, they would have gotten away with this. They reverse themselves because of outrage by people who view your network and others. The average candidate who gets censored this way, doesn’t get the ad on at all, doesn’t have the voice, and you don’t hear their voice.
