Our firm filed this lawsuit in July, 2016 representing individuals harmed in the riot that took place in San Jose on June 2, 2016 after a rally to support Donald J. Trump for President.
After an order following the Motion to Dismiss hearing on October 13, 2016, our firm filed a First Amended Complaint. The amended suit includes six additional plaintiffs as members of the proposed class, names new individual defendants who attacked individual plaintiffs, and seeks relief following the City Defendants’ many violations of the constitutional and statutory rights of the class of attendees.
