New Sexism Suit Brought Against Fired RadiumOne CEO Gurbaksh Chahal

Encarnita “Erika” Alonso, who worked as Gravity4’s marketing vice president for two months, filed the lawsuit Tuesday in San Francisco Superior Court. (Read the complaint here.) She alleges that Chahal spied on her with electronic monitoring devices during her job interview with other Gravity4 employees, and that she subsequently was discriminated against and harassed by Chahal and other male employees before being fired because of her gender and age.
