Harmeet Dhillon Appears on FBN’s ‘Lou Dobbs Tonight’ To Discuss Kavanaugh’s Accusation
According to Dhillon:
Most Republicans watching the hearing felt for Dr. Ford and felt like she could be believed. What she was saying what’s different than whether it is true or not, and you can see how respectfully Republicans treated her compared to the way the Democrats treated Judge Kavanaugh. That was revealing. At the end of the day I have a lot of friends brought the political spectrum on the Republican side and not one of them thinks at the end of the day that Judge Kavanaugh shouldn’t be confirmed after the spectacle. He did a good job. Lindsey Graham did a tremendous job of calling this as what it was. When the Democrats are reduced to talking about jokes and yearbook they are scraping the bottom of the barrel. This ended up as a good day for Judge Kavanaugh.
Judge Kavanaugh drove the point home that he wanted a hearing right away. Mitchell did expose without looking harsh. She got out who paid for the polygraph issues and a lot of the point. She scored points and weight without leaving marks on the witness. That’s a type of questioning role but I can say as lawyers, we were scratching her head saying that was not a great follow-up.
There are many great lawyers among the Republic and senators on the committee and they were too quick to cave in to the criticism that is a bunch of white men. We should not be, as Republicans, caving in to that kind of reasoning.
Lindsey Graham’s speech was spot on and this is a charade and it has been badly played. They should vote. What more is there to see? They should vote. They should pass them on to committee.
